200 Cheerios & Bananas

When Brett's parents were here, they brought Caden a special gift from the States....CHEERIOS! Now, I'm sure you're thinking, what? no cheerios in France?! Oh, there are Cheerios - but only the honey-nut flavor. These plain toasted oat cereal pieces have become like gold and we are slowly going through them. Caden decided to dump his small bag on the floor and shove as many in his mouth as possible until Mommy caught him.
Caden is making steps towards being a big boy. He loves to eat things that Mommy and Daddy are eating. Often, he refuses to eat cut up fruit pieces insiting he eat them just like us. The only problem is that he has a hard time knowing how much food he can put in his mouth before it's too full. We're working on it...

Hey April, I hadn't said "Hi" in quite awhile. I enjoy reading your blog and watching your little boy grow-up through all of your pictures. Best wishes from America for a great new year and keep up the blog posts!

Okay... i'm remembering a post about a little monkey climbing in your frig... :) and now look at him go with that banana :) He's so precious you guys. and know we totally understand the cheerios being like gold. for some reason here in the grocery stores we get the rejects from the states :) and recently there was a huge shipment of the little hotel sized boxes of cheerios, but they wanted almost 2 bucks a box for them... so nathan got a couple and then it was back to Bolivian cereal for this little man!
