We Gave Birth to a Monkey
Not really, but Caden sure does love to climb. He's not walking just yet, but he is VERY close! These pics were taken right before we moved out of our apartment. Caden was into everything, including the fridge! Hopefully being in France will be so stimulating to him that he will be walking soon. He just turned 10 months yesterday, but we'd love to have an early walker!

you'll think that climbing is funny until you find him in the top of a tree in Togo that is much further above your head than you...like that pine tree in our front yard...remember when Joe(y) and Allen climbed to the top...Leslie about had a heart attack...of course, I don't know anything about Togo...they might not have trees that tall...we're anxious to see photos of where you are now! Good luck with language school.
I'll NEVER forget that tall pine tree!!!!!!! I still get a little sick feeling when I think about how the tip of that tree was swaying with those two preschoolers within five feet of the top of that tree!!!

okay, so nathan is talking up a storm to caden, and i'm sure if canden were here, he'd understand :) this mommy is having a hard time translating! But about the walking, everyone told us don't rush it, but nathan, mommy and daddy have been so much happier since he started walking, because he's so much happier!!! So bring it on, and love every minute!
From all these pictures of Caden snooping in the pantry and fridge, you'd think that you guys aren't feeding him. Poor kid's just trying to find some grub.
As far as the pine tree goes, we moved into that house when i was in 1st grade. But, you're right, preschoolers sounds more dramatic.
You are right Allen, but Joe(y) was a preschooler and you were a YOUNG 1st grader. You were both still toooo young to be soooo high in that tree. =-) =-)
